Major employer in Madison, TN seeking experienced full-time Front Office Receptionist / Office Assistant. Will handle approximately 25 calls per hour where you will be trained to identify which staff member the call needs to be transferred to, and pull up extension on computer screen console to transfer call. Or you may transfer call into a group's queue for first available representative. Will get rollback calls only if everyone in group is busy, and will need to transfer those calls to voice mail. Will also help out with some Word and Excel work, as well as email. There are some walk-in visitors, and will page people as needed.
This is a Temp to Hire position NOT temp. Need to be able to start working within 3 days of completing application

Hours: 7:30am-4:30pm
Compensation: $16.00 per hour
