Birthday Party Host for Indoor Kid's Play Gym

We offer open play at the gym, Birthday Party Rentals, Classes, Parent's Nights Out, Special Themed Events, Field Trips, Fundraisers and a lot more.
Birthday Party and Event Hosts Do you love working with kids and want to make a difference? We Rock The Spectrum Kid's Gym is looking for outgoing, enthusiastic individuals who love being the life of the party and are great with kids! As a Party Host, you are responsible for creating a fun, exciting, and memorable experience for the birthday child and their guests.
Birthday parties will mainly be during the weekends but we will have other events and parties during the week that we are also seeking staff for.
Requirements Enthusiasm to work with All children, with All abilities (We are here to train you if we feel you will be great in the position) Must be friendly, outgoing with great customer service skills Some previous experience working with children, hosting parties, event management (including volunteering) will be given priority but it's not required.
Pre-Employment Screening will be done (Background check, CPR certification) Job Duties Make sure the party runs smoothly and everyone is having FUN.
Make the birthday child feel Extra Special! Help set-up the party room before the party starts and make sure the play area is clean and organized before the party arrives.
Provide assistance during the party including help with serving birthday cake, pizza, drinks, etc.
Supervise children on the gym floor to make sure everyone is being safe on all equipment at all times.
Help with party breakdown and cleaning up the gym and party room once the party is over.
Help management plan special events or themes for birthday parties We also have additional openings on Weekdays and Weekends for team members to assist with open play, classes, camps etc.
We are a family run business are looking to add to out outstanding team that we treat like family.
We Rock The Spectrum- Nashville/Madison is part of a franchise with over 100 gyms across the country.
