As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly motivated and talented Human Resource Coordinator to join our team.
You will play a vital role in leading Human Resource initiatives contributing to the overall success of the organization, such as employee relations, onboarding, training, benefit administration, and HR data management.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires including orientations and completion of necessary paperwork.
Maintain and update employee records.
Support employee relations by addressing employee inquiries, resolving conflict, and promoting a positive work environment.
Assist with training and development initiatives.
