1.
The Customer Care Specialist reports directly to the Customer Care Manager 2.
Develop relationships with new and existing customers 3.
Handle customer requests and concerns via email, phone calls, and instant message 4.
Respond promptly to customers 5.
Process customer purchase orders accurately and provide order confirmation to customer 6.
Listen to the customer queries patiently and solve any issues.
If the problem doesn't seem to solve, then forward the problem to the Customer Care Manager 7.
Maintain records of interactions with customers in an orderly and accurate manner 8.
Maintain OEM and market pricing 9.
Coordinate with internal departments to find solutions and resolve matters 10.
Demonstrate a proactive approach towards learning and growing professionally and look for opportunities to provide excellent customer service 11.
Completes all required administrative functions while adhering to TIS' policies and procedures 12.
