We seek reliable, hard-working, dedicated concierge staff who take pride in providing quality care, respect, and friendship while recognizing that each resident desires independence while receiving assistance with daily living.
We take pride ourselves on having a great TEAM to work alongside and with amazing residents, who are appreciative of the detail we show in maintaining a clean and safe assisted living community with a family-like atmosphere.
Maybe you have concierge or receptionist experience but are looking for something different! Working with seniors is a rewarding endeavor that you should check out! The perfect candidate will:
Hours are 9a-6p, M-F.
Answer multi-line telephones and directs the caller to the appropriate person.
Greets and directs visitors and vendors.
Promptly addresses resident's requests and complaints.
Receives, sorts, and forward's incoming mail.
Coordinates the pick-up and delivery of express mail services.
Assists with other clerical duties such as inputting data, photocopying, faxing, filing, collating etc.
A strong desire to help others and compassion for the elderly is a must.

Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and excel is preferred.
