Nashville's Ford Giant is starting training classes for Sales Consultants. If you are good with people, both as a listener and a conversationalist you are on track for this financially rewarding job.
We are seeking both experienced and in-experienced sales consultants. You will be trained by managers, who combined have 100-years of selling experience. You will receive a $500 guarantee during 30-days of training. Earn up to 30% commissionable gross! Did we mention BENEFITS!
Training will consist of how to assist customers in their search for a New or Pre-Owned vehicles. We will teach you about the paperwork as well as the vehicles themselves. This is the ideal job for individuals that are organized, outgoing and professional. You will be selling New Ford Cars, Trucks, SUV's and Crossovers as well as a variety of Pre-Owned vehicles varying in many different makes and models. You will be trained to do the following:
Meet and greet customers
Assist in determining their needs
Matching their needs with the appropriate vehicle choices
Completing and preparing paperwork
Ensuring the vehicle is ready for delivery to the customer
Follow-Up with customers to tie up an loose ends, answer questions that have arisen after the delivery
Taking ownership of your customers with long-term follow-up
You will be scheduled on a team and know your work schedule for a month at a time. You will be expected to complete training on product knowledge - which is continuous from model year to model year most available on-line and able to be completed at a steady pace.
Sales Department is open from 9am -- 9pm Monday -- Saturday, 12pm -- 7pm on Sunday's
