Our Recruiters work closely with clients to identify a recruiting strategy aimed at attracting the specific talent they need to excel in their industry. A career as a Recruiter involves attracting potential candidates, screening, and evaluating candidates' qualifications with great attention to detail. A Recruiter role with Trillium Construction involves recruiting, interviewing, sales and customer service. Our recruiters interact with candidates and clients on a daily basis. -High school education or GED is desirable for this position. Some college courses in business-related field helpful.
-Previous temporary staffing/recruiting experience and/or 2 years of related experience in a service industry.
-Associate's Degree or equivalent experience in business, management, or a related course of study preferred.
-Previous construction experience or knowledge is preferred.
-Ability to pass pre-employment screenings.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
